The whole place was perfectly clean. The staff were extraordinary service-minded. The double room was recently refurbished with a balcony. The hotel has a central location that makes it easy to catch a bus to explore other locations or the malls.

Excellent home base for 4 nights with professional staff from the manager on this. Perfect location for our needs, close enough to the center of the town-, the piers and central Puerto Vallarta. Besides, very convenient to an arts theater.

The hotel's location was perfect near shops. What's more, it was near many tourist sites, the beach side and the malecon / boardwalk.

Sincerely, it was an outstanding stay in our week's vacation. The pool was clean and we had refreshing drinks in the poolside bar. The location was best possible, for example, Camarones Beach was within a close distance from the hotel. Moreover, the area was very nice

The staff at Buenaventura Grand Hotel were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. The hotel has a central location, making it a convenient base for discovering Puerto Vallarta. The room was brand new, large, and equipped with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control.

The place was generally clean with friendly staff at the reception desk, as it was well-maintained, charming, and conveniently located.

We had a perfect time here, the ocean view was stunning and the room was modern and recently renovated.

The breakfast spread seemed plentiful and the smoked salmon appeared delicious, although we couldn't taste it as we were running late.

Lovely place for a wedding! the rooms are well-kept and practical, with a nice ocean view 🌊. We really enjoyed having lunch and dinner at the hotel's restaurant.
